The MyGym program builds strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. The instructors maintain a positive, supportive, and noncompetitive atmosphere and are praised as they develop perseverance and self-control. The gift certificate includes 4 weeks of MyGym classes, a drawstring backpack, and t-shirt.
