Thursday Somatics & Strengthening Class (Spring 2024)
 
This class for adults, taught by Helen Lee, focuses on finding ease, support, and increased capacity in your body. If you are interested in exploring embodiment in a non-judgemental environment that centers connection, this class is for you. 

FTCNS parents Julia Antonick and Jonathan Meyer both serve as Artistic/Executive Directorw and Instructors at Khecari!

Classes are Thursdays from 6pm - 7:00pm, April 11 - June 6, 2024. Location: Indian Boundary Cultural Center, 2500 W Lunt Ave, Chicago.

Up for bid is registration for the Somatics & Strengthening Class.
