Tess was born in England.  She graduated in Graphic Design from Maidstone College of Art and Design in Kent, UK, after which she worked in advertising in London for several years.  Tess began painting watercolors when living in New York.  She had a one-woman show in Katonah, NY.  Her portfolio includes house portraits, dogs, landscapes, seascapes and still life watercolors.
