This region is cooler and drier than other parts of Mexico which slows the growing process and yields a coffee that is sweet and caramel-like in body, even as a light roast.

Flavor notes: Rich, smooth, chocolate

Revolution Roast dark roast: The beans in our Revolution Roast come from one of the most impressive organic production systems in all of Central America. Combining traditional agricultural techniques with modern knowledge allows COMSA to produce beans that are truly remarkable.
