RVIVL teamed up with Morozko Forge to provide the coldest ice bath on the market. With temperatures as low as 32 degrees, the forge helps your body bring down inflammation, recover faster from exercise, burn fat, and produce a calm centered mental state. Good for one visit.
This 60-minute Contrast Therapy Session invites the winner and a +1 to enjoy an Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Shower with Aesop hair/body products in a private suite. During contrast therapy, you go back and forth between the hot and cold for 2-3 rounds in your one hour session. We do offer complimentary breathwork if it is your first time doing a cold plunge, and our saunas come equipped with bluetooth speakers.
