Restrictions:

• Maximum of one (1) certificate redeemable per year per family (transfer okay as gift etc.)


• Winner must contact Roclord Studio by MAY 15, 2024 and complete photography by JULY 15, 2024.


• No Substitutions •No Digital Files or CDs •May not be used for “Headshots”


• ”No show” to any scheduled appointment or session invalidates this certificate. (72 hour cancelation policy)


• Must meet in studio to select your gift photo within 14 days of Photo Session or certificate becomes void.


• Must attend all Three (3) scheduled appointments.

Note: If the time restrictions are complied with there is no obligation to purchase anything in addition to what's provided in the gift certificate. We do our best to accommodate busy schedules. If there is an excessive delay in returning to the studio to view the images, at our discretion, we will honor the free photograph only with a minimum purchase. 

Winning bidder is responsible for picking up item(s) on the pick up days indicated below. Certificates that can be emailed will be emailed upon receipt of payment. NO SHIPPING ON CLASS BASKETS. Non-local winning bidders may request shipping for an additional shipping/handling fee based on size and weight of item(s).

If you are unable to pick up on one of these days, your item will be shipped to you and your shipping/handling fee will be charged to your credit card.  If shipping is requested, your winning bid total plus shipping/handling fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
