Up for auction is a unique and wonderful experience for families: two Family Yoga Classes at Simon Says Yoga! These classes are the perfect opportunity for parents and children to bond and connect through the practice of yoga.

Led by experienced and certified instructors, these classes are suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced. Two family yoga class passes are for two participants (one adult and one child) each to experience movement, games and relaxation. 

During these classes, families will learn various yoga poses and breathing techniques, while also enjoying quality time together. The instructors will guide families through playful and engaging sequences that will help them to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
