3 Drop-in classes for adults, kids, and families. May be used toward yoga, pilates, or other classes on our regular schedule. Drop-ins are first come, first served.

At Circle Yoga, expert instructors will guide you through a range of yoga styles, from the invigorating vinyasa flow to the deeply relaxing restorative practice. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, these classes will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. 

Classes for kids, teens, and families are designed to teach yoga and mindfulness through the playful use of yoga poses, breathing techniques, relaxation practices, and meditation. These skills can be taken out into the world to reduce stress, boost self-confidence and self-respect, and enjoy a lifelong love of yoga and mindfulness.

Beyond weekly kids yoga classes, they offer Circle Yoga Summer Camp, the Circle Yoga Kids Teacher Training, and yoga birthday parties.
