At Prime Time Sports Camp we recognize that participating in athletics positively impacts a child’s life in more ways than just the obvious physical benefits. The sense of accomplishment children gain from playing sports, seeing themselves improve and succeed, really enhances their confidence and self-esteem. Playing team sports helps kids learn necessary socialization skills, including how to work with others, and provides the framework for developing lifelong friendships. And, finally, kids learn valuable life lessons, such as the importance of setting goals, all the while knowing that it’s not whether you win or lose but how you play the game that counts.
