The home consists of a master with a king bed, a second bedroom with 2 king beds —via a trundle setup allowing the lower king to roll out from under the upper king, and a TV room (serving as the 1/2 bedroom) with a queen sofa sleeper. There are 3 full bathrooms (two with soaking tubs) and chef’s kitchen.

Guests are granted round-the-clock access to Flora's private amenities, which include a heated community pool, hot tub, yoga studio (with gym accessories), bocce ball court, various lawn games, and more.
