Artist Statement:
Bubbles Up is created of hand-poured resin in a gradient of mica powdered pigments. It is then heat-treated to bring out the depth and breadth of perspective. Bubbles Up pays homage to our seaside towns maritime history, honoring both the fishermen and those of us who have dropped anchor here.
Artist Biography:
Kristen Buchanan, a native of Marblehead, both grew up here and currently resides here with her family. She draws inspiration from her love of the ocean and the beauty all around. When not creating, you'll find her on the soccer field coaching youth soccer or working in the garden.

Special Instructions
Pick-up of purchased cods will be July 13 from 12-3 and July 14 from 3-6 at Sagan Harborside Sotheby's 1 Essex St, Marblehead. The winning bidder will receive a notification email with information including pick-up time and location.
If the winning bidder requires shipping, their credit card will be charged a separate $35 fee to cover USPS ground and handling. Shipping is available within the U.S. only and must be requested within 7 days after receipt of the notification email.
If the winning bidder has not picked up their cod (or provided shipping address) within 30 days after the close of the auction, the cod will become the property of Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc.
