Artist Statement:
This cod was an 'idea' taken from my love for the ocean and being mindful of the experience of taking the time for small ventures like fishing. The little fish will hopefully draw your eye to the tiny adult or child copper figures enjoying a day of fishing.
Artist Biography:
Paula Cardarelli has always had a passion and appreciation for New England landscapes. A self-taught artist, Paula earned a BA in Psychology and a BSN in Nursing. Although she has a career in Nursing, much of her free time has been devoted to art.

Pick-up of purchased cods will be July 13 from 12-3 and July 14 from 3-6 at Sagan Harborside Sotheby's 1 Essex St, Marblehead. The winning bidder will receive a notification email with information including pick-up time and location.
If the winning bidder requires shipping, their credit card will be charged a separate $35 fee to cover USPS ground and handling. Shipping is available within the U.S. only and must be requested within 7 days after receipt of the notification email.
If the winning bidder has not picked up their cod (or provided shipping address) within 30 days after the close of the auction, the cod will become the property of Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc.
