This certificate is good for a one-hour private yoga session + a free phone/online consultation with Nichole Brown of Neecolaaa Yoga. 

All bodies, experience levels, and identities are welcome.

Teacher Nichole Brown (They/ Them) has received training in psychologically sensitive and trauma informed yoga as well as training in adapting yoga for children and adults with mental and physical disabilities. They have been practicing yoga for close to 16 years now and work diligently to provide a safe and accessible space.

Session can take place via Zoom or in-person. If in-person, Nichole can travel to the client - within Chicago city-limits - or meet at a Logan Square yoga studio (there will be a small additional fee at the studio).
