Our attention to detail and focus on form coupled with level-appropriate resistance will bring your muscles for a full-body burn creating strength. The class programming style and the intention in movement will increase body awareness. To keep it fun and effective we use Merrithew V2max Plus® equipment and Stability Pilates ChairTM as well as Natural Pilates props, such as ankle weights, Booty bands, Flex bands, the Pilates ball and the Pilates Circle.
