Knife Skills Course: Knowing how to use knives skillfully is the foundation of all cooking.

With this course, you and a guest of your choosing will engage in a 45 minute private lesson in knife skills with Jacob Siwak, the celebrated executive chef and owner of Forsythia, a popular Roman-inspired restaurant on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Chef Jacob will guide you through many different quintessential knife techniques. You will learn to master the basics of sharpening, chopping, slicing, dicing, and basic butchery. This course will take place in person, at Forsythia (9 Stanton Street NY NY).
