A four-night stay at a lovely four bedroom home. This Phoenicia home sleeps 10 people comfortably (perfect for two families or multi generation vacation). Also included is $50 gift certificate to The Emmerson Spa, a signed Phoenicia Diner Cookbook and Phoenicia Diner pancake mix.
Located on one acre of land, the house built in 1917 sits above the Esopus River with direct views of the mountains and Esopus. It is only a 5-minute walk to great restaurants and shops in the Village of Phoenicia or 5-minute drive to the Instagram famous Phoenicia Diner.
It is a 20-minute drive to Hunter or Belleayre Mountains for skiing and close to hiking and swimming as well. While a car is recommended the house can be accessed via the Trailways bus should part of the group need to arrive late or depart early.

Dates to be agreed to by the winner and owner. Holiday weekends/weeks excluded. Some 2024 Summer availability remains. Second half of President’s Week, parts of Spring Break 2024 and Spring Break 2025 available for the winning bidder. Summer/fall/winter dates currenlty blacked out on AirBNB for booking but most are still available for winning family. Includes cleaning fee. House must be used by May 2026.
