Sous vide (under vacuum), a professional cooking technique that utilizes precise temperature control in a water bath to deliver consistent, restaurant-quality results.
We will cook the protein you prefer - beef, duck, fish, and even Iberian pork. After we cook our meal sous vide, we will enjoy a great dinner complete with some excellent wines selected to pair with the main course.
