Tea Tasting, Blending, Chocolate & Cheese Pairing Workshop for 2:
This is a fun hands-on class where you have fun creating your own customized personal tea and/or herbal (tisane) tea blends and paring it with artisanal cheese and chocolates. Could there be a better dessert than creamy rich chocolate and cheese paired with delicious tea?

We will start the class with the tea basics so that you understand the differences between white, green, oolong, black, Pu-erh teas, herbal teas/tisane and Rooibos. Thereafter, we will jump into blending and tasting a variety of teas and herbal teas (tisanes) so you can determine which one's appeal to your senses for creating your own tea drink.

Once you've created your personalized tea blend, you'll sample a variety of chocolates and cheeses to determine the best pairing for your tea blend. At the end, you'll take home with a pouch of your personalized tea blend and the paired chocolate.
