1 on 1 personal training 60 minutes per session. If you’ve been looking to take your fitness and health to another level or if you’re hesitant to get started, here’s your opportunity to get on started with 2 sessions of personal training.
Steve also works with youth athletics and runs a sports camp for introduction to strength and conditioning. Or fit for life as he calls it.
