Description

Own a Piece of Art with a Personal Story

This beautifully framed watercolor, crafted by long-time UU member Jon Carlsten, isn’t just a painting—it’s a lifetime of passion and skill poured into one masterpiece.

Jon’s love for drawing and painting began in kindergarten, where his artistic talents caught attention early on. His passion and talent took him all the way to the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture, where he honed his watercolor skills while mastering architecture. Now, in retirement, Jon devotes his time to painting full-time, and this piece is a reflection of decades of creativity.

The painting is made using Arches cold-pressed watercolor media on 100% cotton, framed and glazed to a size of 25 5/8” x 19 3/4”, ready to bring beauty and elegance to any space.

Bid on this artwork and take home a piece of Jon’s artistic journey and dedication to his craft!
