Description

Downsizing is Right-sizing for your next Home.

Our approach is to be respectful and to listen to you. Downsizing and moving is trying, so it can be nice to have a professional to help.

The process begins with a phone interview when we discuss your objectives and get to know one another. We collect information on the size, design and accessibility of your new home.
The planning session is when we meet for further discussion of your plans and proposed use of your new space, possibly including other family members.

Then, applying the basics of interior design Pat looks for ways to make a seamless transition, incorporating your lifestyle, furniture and keepsakes. She can help "take the pain" out of parting with items by suggesting donation organizations, recycling sources, estate sales companies, and other responsible ways to distribute items.

You will receive a proposed analysis of the steps in your Move-out/Move-in.
