The food is served in an open interactive kitchen in a comfortable urban-chic setting. The menu focuses on complete meals prepared around high quality proteins like grass fed steak, free range chicken, California pole and line caught albacore tuna, heritage Duroc pork ribs, turkey meatloaf and baked salmon. Custom Plates include a choice of protein, two hot or cold sides and a generous slice of chargrilled focaccia bread. There are a dozen side choices focused on ingredients at their peak season, as well as perennial favorites, like sauted Brussel sprouts with turkey bacon, mashed potatoes made with organic potatoes, beet salad with goat cheese, seasonal superfood salad, and macaroni & cheese.
