Poetry in the Park and Nature Walk with Ms. Zlatka

A poetry lesson for five children. We will start in the classroom by reading a book about poetry. Then we will go for a walk in the park looking for poetry. We will read a few poems on our walk. Finally we will attempt to write an acrostic poem together. 

 
Time: After school from 3:15 to 4:30 - The children can come to the Red Room after dismissal and have a quick snack before we begin with the lesson.
