House is dog friendly, although dogs can't be left outside if the humans leave the property, due to the wild animals.

Stay includes access to the golf course and swimming pool at the club (depending on weather/what time of year), tons of hiking including two trails within walking distance of the house, and a $50 gift card to one of the nearby restaurants.
