GFTM Certificate Includes:
One (1) month of Unlimited Golden Fist Training Method (a New Martial Arts based Hybrid HIIT Fitness Training Program)

- Certificate holder is entitled to attend any and all classes, Tuesday-Friday at 11am.
- This is a new fitness program for adults that combines elements of aerobic fitness, Kung Fu and Kenpo Karate based Fight Training and Chinese Qi Gong Internal Yoga, for a powerful combination of cardio and self defense fitness.
- Classes are for adults ages 18+
- Classes are 60 minutes in length
- Classes are all taught by Sifu Jonny Blu (no substitutes)
- The studio is located in the heart of Toluca Lake, CA, at 10660 Riverside Drive.
