Interesting and also amusing antique chinese soapstone carving (2.75 inches tall x 4.5 inches wide) with monkey and bat at a bowl. As soapstone is quite a soft material, many antique pieces have a little damage. This piece is missing a little bit by the monkeys foot, but is still quite a delightful little piece.
