This is a pair of TY Company bears (8" tall) - (NOT Beanie Babies): Harper and Carson. These were introduced January 4, 2000 and retired July 6, 2000. They are extremely cute and have all tags. Carson's tag reads "You're as sweet as honey" and Harper's reads "You're the cream of the crop."
