Artist signed and dated (though for the life of me I can't distinguish the name) whimsical and fun ceramic piece. Decorative piece. Loads of colors with the dominant ones being lime green and pastels on the top, white with black polka dots on the bottom. Negligible 1/16-1/8" "ding" on upper edge where paint is missing. Did not even see it till just listing- such a bright and colorful piece with lots going on. Value will take note of that. Piece is 6-1/4 inches tall, about 3 inches at widest area of mouth (mouth/top is an irregular oval).
