A Family Membership allows up to 2 adults and 4 youth (17 and under).
If the winning bidder is not present at the event, they will have the option to either pick up their item in-person at EBCAP, 19 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840, or pay for certified mail return receipt requested. When applicable, multiple items will be packaged together.
