A sparkling wine from the Basque region made in the same way as Champagne. Mostly Hondarribi Zuri, the local grape of the region, this is made by a historic Spanish winemaking family in the sea coast town of Zarautz. Aged nearly 3 years.

An orange wine from Tarragona Spain made from a small parcel of 70 year old vines by a local farmer. Crisp, salty and nice with anchovies and butter.
