Luisa combines her knowledge in Pilates, yoga, dance, wellness, manual therapy, meditation & breath work with her intuitive gifts to create a very customized experience. You will also receive a customized program to keep up with during the week and access to the online membership to continue your work outside of your session when you are a regular weekly client.
