About the Artist:

Bob studied studio art at Williams College. His career included teaching literature and writing, then advancement efforts for two lakes region nonprofits. Now retired, Bob has returned to his studio in Wolfeboro. Recently, his intuitive process has been guided by Denver artist Joan Fullerton and Santa Fe painter Dawn Chandler. Bob enjoys the drama and delight that comes from not knowing what’s unfolding, from the surprising, wet play with acrylics, gel and water. He often utilizes everyday household tools and found objects. Bob enjoys writing and photography, as well as canoeing, hiking, skating, tennis and softball. He is a longtime facilitator for his men’s book group. He savors his days near the trees and waters of the lakes region.
