Western Catskills Weekend in Hankins

This is a charming weekend getaway in the Western Catskills in Hankins, NY in Sullivan County, a drive away that ranges from 2 hours 15 minutes to 3+ hours depending on traffic or location in the city. It's a 5-bedroom/3-bathroom house with a fenced backyard, woods and fields on the property, and a public baseball field and playground across the street. The 13-acre property has a path through the woods and a pond. It's a 15-minute drive to the grocery store and other amenities in the town of Callicoon on the Delaware River.

This is for 3 nights during select weekends in June or September, or some weekdays toward the end of August (19-23 or 26-30).
