Artist: Mary C. Dance (1927 - 1997)
Mary Dance worked in Mishawaka as a manager and interior designer for Christanson's Furniture Corp. for nineteen years. She was a member of the Art League of South Bend, the Hoosier Art Patrons of South Bend, Northern Indiana Art Association, Fort Wayne Museum of Art and the Snite Museum of Art at Notre Dame. She had served as President of the St. Joseph Watercolor Society at one time and was a charter member of the Art League. At the time of her death Mary was exhibiting pictures in the Statewide Watercolor Association.
