"By day, I am a Reading Specialist, working with students in grades 3 - 6 who are striving readers. While I love my work in education, I have always longed to do something creative, and making jewelry has always been a passion of mine. I have also become deeply passionate about creating pottery which I will continue to explore. Having recently purchased a kiln, I'm working to excel in this art. I have two young children (5 and 6 years old), and I want to model creativity and the idea that they can accomplish anything they desire in this world.
