ack Alley Fitness was founded in 2012 in a backyard in Central Phoenix. We knew there was more to fitness than spending hours on an elliptical watching reruns of daytime TV. It turns out we were right. Our small group quickly grew into a community, and we were fortunate enough to add phenomenal training staff and grow Back Alley into what it is today!
