12" basswood plate was painted in the Rogaland style of rosemaling and signed in the spring of 2024 by Sally Stromseth, a ribbon winner in the Vesterheim National Norwegian-American Folk Art Exhibition. The piece is backgrounded with three coats of acrylic paint, varnished, then painted in oils.
