This certificate includes full endodontic services from Dr. Shawn Long along with a tote, thermal beverage holder and "Brace Yourself" t-shirt.

• The service will be provided by Dr. Shawn Long, Orthodontic Specialist and Dr. Emily McCrea, Orthodontic Specialist.


• Certificate must be present at the time of consultation or new start appointment.


• Cannot be used in conjunction with insurance, HAS or Invisalign.


• Cannot be transferred to another person/family.


• Must become an established patient within one year of purchase (consultation).


• insurance and medical reimbursement cannot be used with the auction certificate.


• No money is transferred through this office; it is strictly a donation on Dr. Long's part to the school or establishment that is holding the auction.
