The game date is selected at the sole discretion of the ISFA and will not be changed or substituted for any reason. Requests for a date change or a specific date/time will not be accepted. 

Decisions related to time changes, postponing or rescheduling of fames are made at the sole discretion of Major League Baseball and are not uder the control of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. These tickets will not be exchanged for a date that is more suitable for the recipient because of a conflict with the assigned date, game time, time change, postponed and/or rescheduled date.
