This is a Jay (James) Wennersten art print. He was an artist from Carol Stream, IL. He featured his art in over 400 shows in 11 states, He made his own handmade prints and seriagraphs using museum quality ink and papers. He passed away at the age of 76 years old on January 31st, 2012. This particular print is 21 in a LIMITED EDITION run of 350. In art, the lower the first number is in "the fraction" of __/350, the greater the value. It is beautifully matted.
