This is new without tags.  A super cute coat for a smaller pup!  The neck has snaps so you can adjust it to the largest width of approx 16" to the smallest of approx 13".  The back is 13" long.  The belt around the girth is adjustable with the bling buckle.  I would say the largest would be 22".  There is no opening for a leash so this would be fashionist in your fenced yard!
