Barbara Corrigan, a life-long Attleboro resident, was an entrepreneur. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Art & Design in 1944 and supported herself throughout her life with her art. Corrigan's over 400 pieces of art have been exhibited at the Boston Athenaeum, the Ainsworth Gallery, the Alfred J. Walker Gallery, the Copley Society, the Boston 350 Show, the AAM, and are held in private and corporate collections around the world. Her illustrations famously graced the pages and covers of magazines such as "Yankee" and "Highlights for Children."

"The Skinny House in Boston" is an extremely narrow four story house at 44 Hull Street in the North End of Boston, MA. Look for Barbara's cats – one of her trademarks in her work. This picture is a classic Corigan!
