Georgetta Gancarz graduated from the School of Visual Arts, and Fordham University with degrees in science, and fine arts. She is a professional artist, professor, author, and international travel guide. She has been teaching for over 35 years globally and is the CEO of ART - POLI Painting on Location International, ART - POLI Paints, and Color Wheel Press. Georgetta has paintings in museums, galleries, private, and public collections worldwide. Her books are in libraries in Europe and the US.


Georgetta's art focuses on landscapes, the spiritual, and human form. It is expressive and somewhat representational. Her favorite mediums are oil, acrylic, and encaustic, with a colorful palette and thick texture. All of the artist's landscapes are painted en plein air capturing the essence of the moment.

A note on bidding: Any high bid that does not follow the listed bidding increments will be nullified and voided.


 The Bidding Increments are as follows:


   $1-99, the bidding increment is $5


   $100-199, the bidding increment is $10


   $200-499, the bidding increment is $20


   $500-999, the bidding increment is $50


   $1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100


 


Items can be picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 7th – 9th, 2024. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. In-person pickup is preferred. If an item is to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for all shipping arrangements and handling costs. After arrangements have been made, items will be shipped no later than November 15th. Winners of specialty items that do not require pickup will be contacted with details by November 8th. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
