Anacapa Island:

Anacapa Island, Channel Islands National Park, visited year round, is the second smallest island in the Park. Only slightly larger than Santa Barbara Island. Although approximately 4 miles tip to tip, Anacapa includes just under a square mile of land. Anacapa is the closest island to the mainland. From either harbor of departure, it lies 12 to14 miles offshore.

Be prepared to climb 153 steps to the island's plateau where spectacular, panoramic views, picnic areas, a visitor center and nearly two miles of nature trails await. 

Santa Cruz Island:

At over 96 square miles in size and the largest island in California, Santa Cruz contains three mountain ranges; the highest peak on the island (rising above 2000 feet); a large central valley/fault system; deep canyons with year round springs and streams; and 77 miles of craggy coastline cliffs, giant sea caves, pristine tide pools and expansive beaches.

Santa Cruz offers some of the most varied hiking and opportunity for self-exploration. Secluded coves and beaches are yours to discover.
