Larry Coker coached the University of Miami Hurricanes to the 2001 National Championship. Coker led the Hurricanes to an undefeated season and a Rose Bowl victory over Nebraska, making him the third head coach to win a national championship in his first season since 1948.
This ball was signed by Coach Coker and given to my daughter who was a freshman at the University of Miami in 2001.
Special Instructions
The ball was given to me by my daughter at Christmas 2001.
Ball has been in display case since 2001.
