Kentucky distillery Heaven Hill releases this barrel-proof bourbon in three batches per year. This was the third batch of 2022, aged for 12 years and bottled at 124.8 proof. This is a fantastic example of a higher proof bourbon with notes of brown sugar, maple, and caramel.
