Only one Flats Cash card per person, per check will be accepted.

Flats Cash is a promotion card and not a gift card. Card will not carry an unused balance and no change will be given upon redemption. 

Flats Cash is valid for food and beverage only and cannot be used for gift cards, catering, tax or gratuity.

Flats Cash is not valid with any other offers including Tijuana Tuesdaze and Throwback Thursdaze specials.

Flats Cash cannot be sold, reproduced or exchanged. Internet distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

Card must be present for redemption and relinquished at time of redemption. No photocopy, facsimile or reproduction of card will be accepted.

Winning bidder must pay for postage/shipping of the item(s) or pick up by appointment only at the Tampa Bay Times downtown St. Petersburg Bureau, 490 1st Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. No walk-in pickups will be available.
