This iconic yellow lantern from the Tony Award-winning musical Illinoise was used onstage to help the dancers illuminate their powerful stories.

Based on the landmark Sufjan Stevens album, Illinoise is told through live music performed by an 11-member band, three vocalists and impressionistic choreography. As friends gather around a campfire, they share stories of first love, grief and growing up.

The musical played the St. James Theatre in 2024.
