This Jafar snake staff was used onstage in Aladdin and is signed by Jonathan Freeman, who starred as the original Jafar. Freeman also voiced Jafar in the original Aladdin movie.

Aladdin follows a street urchin who falls in love with a princess, becomes friends with a wish-granting genie and battles an evil sorcerer.

The musical, based on the hit Disney movie, opened at the New Amsterdam Theatre on March 20, 2014, and continues its smash hit run.
