This A Little Night Music original cast album is signed by the esteemed Stephen Sondheim and the original Broadway cast. Also included are letters from Sondheim and director/producer Harold Prince to Patricia Elliot, who played Countess Charlotte in the show and had the album signed for her parents. Sondheim and Prince, two of theaters most legendary names, regularly collaborated, blending Sondheim's innovative scores with Prince's groundbreaking direction.

A Little Night Music follows the lives of several romantic couples and a tangled web of affairs.

The show began previews at the Shubert Theatre on February 15, 1975 and won six Tony Awards. The original Broadway cast included Len Cariou, Hermione Gingold, Glynis Johns, George Lee Andrews and more.
